Within this section we
have provided information about the opportunities available
to young people and where to go to for advice and support.
Please take the
time to review as you may find something of interest to you.

If you are of
compulsory school age – five to 16 years – you
must stay in education until the last Friday of June in the
school year in which you turn 16.
Once you turn
16 there are lots of opportunities to continue learning at
school, college and later on at university.
If you can’t
decide whether to carry on with your education you can talk
to your teachers or the personal adviser at your school.
