Sussex Action for Inclusion

FE Sussex holds a contract with the Sussex Action for Inclusion network to manage delivery of network meetings and events. 

The Sussex Action for Inclusion Network has held various meetings and events over the years. Information on the 09-10 dates will be published shortly.

Wednesday 22nd April 2009 - University of Sussex

Meeting the changing needs of Learners with Learning Difficulties and Disabilites in the post-16 sector

It was attended by the colleges, local and regional LSC, local authorities and connexions services, as well as a couple of specialist schools.

Feedback from the event was very positive, with the particular reference to the opportunity for networking across the agencies, sharing of good practice, and improving understanding.

Friday 5th June 2009 - Plumpton College

Foundation Learning Tier

Colleges, local authorities, specialist schools, connexions and the LSC attended this half day event. These included workshops covering Entry Level 1 and below and Entry Level 2 and 3.
