to the skills needs of employers and employees in Sussex.
They have:

capacity to identify and meet the needs of employers large
and small
4Improved
understanding of their local employer base
4Improved
ability to accurately refer employers when they (the College)
are unable to meet their requirements
4Support
to sustainable employer related training activities

People
Development Advisers
A
network of People Development Advisers (PDAs) has been set
up to provide a link between the colleges, private training
providers and employers. The PDAs have an important role to
play in helping the colleges understand and respond to employers'
skills needs.
