People Development Advisers

A network of People Development Advisers (PDAs) has been set up to provide a link between the colleges, private training providers and employers. The PDAs have an important role to play in helping the colleges understand and respond to employers' skills needs.

On-going work related learning:

We are continuing to increase and develop work related learning services across the county. To enable us to do this we are currently focusing on two initiatives - Train to Gain and Work Based Learning in Further Education
