City and Guilds

FE Sussex and City and Guilds have recently signed a partnership agreement to work together to increase quality and improve value for money. Commenting on the agreement, the CEO of FE Sussex, Tim Strickland remarked,

"As CEO of FE Sussex I am very pleased to have been able to position our colleges to work at a higher strategic level with City and Guilds. This landmark agreement brings together two key business aims of FE Sussex - quality improvement of teaching and learning and the increase of value for money through joint procurement. Meeting the requirements of 12 colleges requires commitment and flexibility and City and Guilds have more than demonstrated their willingness to provide this".

The agreement was signed by Dr Russell Strutt, Chair of FE Sussex and Principal of Central Sussex College and Chris Jones, Director General of City and Guilds.
