It is the ambition of all providers to be rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. The award of a ‘Good’ grade can be an essential element of organisational values and continuity. Swift and decisive action has to be taken by leaders if a grade three or below is given in inspection. This area of consultancy available will assist leaders when setting their quality improvement or maintenance strategy, when engaged in operational quality improvement or in grade maintenance. Consultants have a wealth of experience gained across the sector in all areas of quality assessment and improvement including from the aspect of Ofsted inspection.
