Skills for Jobs

FE Sussex holds a contract with the LSC to deliver a Skills for Jobs pilot in Sussex, and subcontracts the delivery of the programme to Working Links.

The pilot aims to help tackle worklessness by effectively engaging unemployed individuals, and moving them into sustainable jobs with local employers. Individuals benefit from coaching and training to prepare them for work, and links with local employers to secure sustainable employment.

This project successfully engaged 250 participants, and has now been completed.
