Quality Improvement for Work Based Learning – Professional Exchange Network
FE Sussex has been contracted to run a number of professional exchange quality improvement networks across a range of curriculum areas. As a result of various meetings already held FE Sussex have become aware of the need to provide some support to colleagues responsible for work based learning and apprenticeships. Requests received centre on the problems of delivering English and maths to work based learners.
It has been arranged for a highly experienced part-time inspector of work based learning and apprenticeships to provide an insight into current inspection activities, the importance of maths and English and how this is inspected as part of study programmes.
