This course aims to give delegates an introduction to the basics of being a team leader. Delegates will develop a range of key management skills which will enable them to motivate their teams more effectively.
It is aimed at aspiring or new team leaders and managers, or as a refresher for experienced staff. As established FE Sussex programme which has received excellent evaluations.
