A lively session delivered by one of the sector’s leading experts, Beej Kaczmarczyk

Beej is a renowned speaker and commentator on all aspects of further education.  An acknowledged expert in education funding policy, leadership and management development, curriculum development and vocational education, he has delivered presentations at national and in-house events on a wide range of topics over the last 20 years.  FE Sussex has been fortunate to secure the services of Beej for the afternoon of Tuesday 27th February to talk to SMT members and those who can be classed as aspiring principals.  The meeting will be held at Plumpton College.

To give you an early taste of the agenda Beej will be talking about

  • Strategies for success in FE for the next five years: shaping the future we want to be
  • How T level pathways and apprenticeship standards will affect the curriculum offer
  • Implications of the changes for college managers and leaders
  • What to expect when being interviewed for the principal’s role

The event is free to attend for all FE Sussex Members and Associate Members.
